Why do the tuffphit.com journal challenge?? Because I suck at journaling! And I love journals!! Go figure. I LOVE going to the book store and looking at and buying journals. I am also obsessed with notebooks too...anything with a place to write. I get all gung-ho about journaling and it only lasts a week or 2.
I am prepping for my 1st female bodybuilding show...I am 29 weeks out. I know by not journaling, it is stalling my progress. All the little extra bites and tastes aren't getting factored in. I am hoping the tuffphit.com journal challenge will help me get into a groove and get into the habit of journaling on a regular basis.
I am 80 pounds down and getting so close to my goal...I can almost smell the ProTan and see the barely there posing suits =)

My goal is to loose 20 lbs by the end of June. I started first day of this month.
I use a regular notebook to keep tract of all the things i eat and my exercise routing.
This journal will help me a lot.
